Miquael Gaio -- Director, Information Designer, Karma Cowboy

Miquael is a visionary and communicator. Living by a profound inspiration to pioneer the new frontiers of culture, communication, and consciousness--he believes that a significant evolutionary leap can occur through the application of technology for humanitarian and spiritual pursuits.

Weaned on a home computer at the age of 8, he has since tempered his creative inspiration along the digital path for over 22 years. Completing a BA in Literature and Creative Writing from Pacific University in 1992, he has since evolved from a poet of words on paper to an innovator of hyper-communication through the medium of cyberspace.

Some of his more prominent experiences include being a Virtual Reality Instructor for grade-school children, the Director of Creative Communications for the Global Empowerment Network, a freelance Web Designer, and an Independent Scholar of Holonomic studies.

Miquael finds a continual stream of inspiration working in the digital and spiritual realms, and is in an accelerated process of refining his spiritual discipline, developing technical skills, and mastering the communication of his vision.

In November of 2000 he founded www.transcendigital.org to maintain the expanding scope of his pursuits--and launched the development of the grander Transcendigital web site with "Interfacing India" as an initial field project.
